I downloaded the new 4.71 update, then hit install. It restarted and it's stuck in limbo with nothing coming up on the screen. The PS4 won't respond to the controllers, also I have the version where the power button is touch sensitive, so if I hold that down, nothing happens. What can I do at this point not to corrupt the new update?
