[Help] Tritton Kunai Headset doesn't work

This problem has gone on for quite a long time now and tbh im sick of it.

My headphones are fully plugged in and all the right settings are enabled. My PS4 detects that the headset has been plugged in and that there's a mic, but nothing is inputted, i can receive audio fine into my headphones.

I have tried using my other headphones, such as my beats, and apple earphones, those dont work either, my only headphones that do work are my stock ps4 earphone ( the solo earbud with crappy quality ) tbh im not sure if i need a new controller or new headphones.
