I just got my PS4 a week ago, the 1TB Slim. I have been trying to download/install some games i bought from the Store, but keep getting cannot download error - NW -31194-8. Troubleshooting done so far.
- Set MTU settings to 1472/1476
- Rebuilt data base
- Downloaded 4.71 to usb and did fresh install from safe mode
- Set back to default
- Cancel/Delete downloads and started all over again
- Created static IP and opened DMZ
- Many restarts/shut down
- Used wired/2.4GHz/5GHz networks
The games i have been trying to download/install are:
- Hitman
- Marvel Heores Omega
- Metal Gear Solid V
- Pro Evolution Soccer
Any other thing i can try? or do you guys advise i return this console. It's been really frustrating so far.
