As of today, I have a new cell phone number. I have found the 2-step Verification page of my account with Sony, where I can add a new number. However I can only add my new number, but cannot remove my old number.
I want to disassociate my account with my old number. Hold times with Sony Customer Service are 40 minutes this morning. Surely, there must be an easier way to remove my old number.
How do I do that? Thanks in advance.
