I'm loosing the connection to PSN every day on 9pm for literally a second. Why?

So as the title says I loose the connection to the psn every day since a couple of weeks, every day on 9pm but only for a second. This only bothers me because as soon as the messeage appears on my screen I automatically get logged of FFXIV. Any idea why this suddenly happens to me?
