I have a launch PS4 that is acting a little odd. I never turn off my system, its always in standby. I started to notice when I had to do system updates when it rebooted I'd see a blue light flash along with a click and then power would be off. After unplugging and plugging in the system about 4-6 times it would boot back up and it would be perfectly fine. I can play games, watch movies, stream with Amazon all day with no issues.
The issue is only there when you fully power off the system or reboot it, then you will just get the blue blink with a click and nothing. Unplug/plug in 4-6 times and it will eventually boot back up, work as if nothing happened, and come in and out of standby with zero issues.
