Hi guys, wondering if anyone can help me here. My PSN account has been banned and I have no idea why. I tried to log on today and it says my account is banned. I have searched the forums and it says I should have an email explaining why but I haven't received that email. The support helpline is not currently open and the PSN Twitter account have said they can't help.
The only thing I can think of is that they think I've been hacked? My brother occasionally uses my account to play games and he lives in a different part of the country. He has been doing this for years though and he hasn't sent any abusive messages nor has he bought anything. Could this be the reason?
What are the odds of this ban being reversed? I'm pretty bummed about it as I've been using it for 8 years and have a lot of trophies etc I don't want to lose. Looking for any advice or anything really!
