Savegame compatibility between Witcher 3 and Witcher 3 GOTY?

I've borrowed The Witcher 3 from a friend. I like the game and I would like to buy a copy of Witcher 3, but GOTY edition: so that's the edition with 2 DLCs included. Will my current savegames done with borrowed copy of Witcher 3 (not GOTY) be compatible with Witcher 3 GOTY?
