Screen dims when in pause menu.

Note this is not an issue of the system sitting at idle and dimming, and this is not a TV setting.

So (most noticeable in injustice 2) When I pause (to look at combos) the screen will auto dim to the point of being nearly too dark to use, inputs will brighten it for a bit but a second or two after you stop touching the controller it dims again.
