Tom Clancy: Division - worth ~$20 now, especially if I only tend to play alone?

As the title suggests, I've always been interested in the Division, but seeing as my friends all played it on PC I've skipped it. Now that it's really affordable (for me at least) I'm considering getting it, especially with the great things I've heard of recent patches. So good folks of r/PS4, is it worth buying for someone who intends to play the game alone all the way?
