About to get a used ps4. A few questions.

I'm wondering if I can get a free month of ps+ if I create a new account, like how Microsoft does. I'm also wondering if I can buy single or 3 month packs of ps+ and what they cost. And games i download free w a ps+ membership, i can play thm even when the subscription runs out right? Finally, is there a way to charge the controllers without the dock thing? Not sure if it'll come with one or not. Thanks!
