Any 4K 1ms Monitor's for around $200 or below?

I will have a PS4 Pro come Sept 6th when Destiny 2 drops, and originally I was going to get a 1920x1080 monitor but that was before I put a preorder on a PS4 Pro. I REALLY don't want to spend no more than $200 on a Monitor because the PS4 Pro is already $450.

Edit: Before anyone says "just google it", I am clueless when it comes to this shit. Honestly I don't even understand what 4K even means. So yeah...
