Around how many gigabytes will I need to download on the initial startup of the original ps4?

I am buying a ps4 and it will come tommorow morning, I wonder how much time will I have to spend downloading, and will I need to download. Also I will have to download the updates of the games it is coming with, right? I am talking about the original ps4 not the '' slim'' one.
