Both controllers keep disconnecting and wont sync?

Starting a week ago both my controllers just started randomly disconnecting at random times during the day/night. No bluetooth or routers around, never had any issues like this. Resetting the controllers doesnt work, I have to unplug my ps4 1-3 times a day to get it to connect and work again. Its getting real old and im about to sell this pos if theres no fix, thanks.
