Can a 16 y/o sub account (with no restrictions) play a 17+ game if it is purchased on a master?

So I'm 16 and looking to buy Killing Floor 2 (I know it was a PS+ game, but I missed it) to play with friends. However, since it is rated 17+ I can't even view it on the PS store despite the fact that my account has no restrictions on it (thanks Sony for policing what I can play). If I were to buy KF2 using the master account, would I be able to play on my account using game sharing? I'd rather not spend the $40 on something I won't be able to use for another year.
