Can not add funds or buy anything?

I currently have £30 on my wallet I want to purchase a game for £34.99 so I tried adding £5 to the wallet but that will not work so I then tried using PayPal for the ballance and also 2 other different debit cards and still it will not let me checkout any one else having or had similar problems?
