Controller acting weird after disassembly of console

Hey guys So i opened the ps4 to clean it up, put it thermal paste and now the controller acts weird it takes time to turn on, and when in the console or it doesnt work or it just goes crazy like move a little and go to the end of the library. Any help? Thanks
