DS4 won't even show up in Device Manager

I think I fucked up my PC by installing drivers or uninstalling drivers, I don't even remember. Anyway, when I connect my DS4 to my pc via USB, DS4Windows won't recognize it, it doesn't even show up in my device manager. Also, when I press the PS button, it doesn't even light up.

I'm just trying to play Assassin's Creed dude.
