After many hours playing ED and encountering server disconnects I've decided enough is enough.
I logged a ticket Frontier on day one, asked frequently for progress and updates, very little information was received from Frontier other than it their top priority and make sure you follow their guidance regarding MTU and router settings. As a BT HomHub6 customer this made no difference. Eventually, Frontier admitted that they're in talks with BT and they couldn't be certain they could resolve this issue.
With the above in mind, I asked Frontier for authorisation to request a refund from The PlayStation store, they agreed and PlayStation have now confirmed they have refunded the cost of this game.
Perhaps if and when Frontier resolve this issue then I might consider returning.
Anyway, good luck folks, I really hope the issue is resolved soon as ED is an amazing game.
