For about a 2 months now I've been getting the IP Banned error, WS-37397-9, if I sign in on my playstation. But some days I get to play then other days it will give me the error randomly. I have changed my IP many times and still will get the error. I've talked to my ISP and they cannot help. Live chat says to talk to my ISP. What can I do? Help ):
