Great US PSN store sale, but not for EU? WTF

i mean come on what is this? Shadow of Mordor for 4$ but no alternative for EU store...still 60 euros there.

guess i m not playing GOTY :{ {i would pick it up from US but i have saves from vanilla game from EU version so...}

i really dont get this US get all the sweet stuff thinking...
