Has anyone had success using remote play on fire tv/fire tv stick as of late?

I was able to install remote play on my fire tv initially but it was an older version and the PS4 wouldn't allow me to use it until I updated the APK to 2.0 . Currently with the APKs I have tried it gives me an error saying the APK is corrupt and cannot be installed. Any advice? Fire TV is also up to date
