Have any of you ever been banned for having an overseas PSN account?

I'm in the UK but I created a Japanese account with a dummy address to get Japan-exclusive demos. Then I heard that that violates TOS so I'm not sure if I should carry on using it. What if my main account got banned, or my PS3 or PS4 got blocked?
