HDMI control not working correctly

Before upgrading from my launch PS4 to a Pro, whenever I would turn off my TV, my PS4 would go into rest mode automatically. Now turning off my TV will not shut down the Pro, even though the HDMI control settings on both my TV and Pro are enabled.

Anybody else have this issue?
