I have been suspended from using a certain PS4 account, on 18th of July. I have gotten an email saying that my lifted suspension date will be on the 25th of July... I'm still suspended. Is it possible that I'll get my account back?

For those who have experienced this, did you end up getting your account back still?

It says that it's a temporarily suspension and not a ban.
