In search for: a good PS4 management/sim game

I had a great time with Tropico 4 and nothing has quite scratched that SimCity itch I've had for a long time. I know the management/simulation genre doesn't lend itself to great console experiences, but there's gotta be something out there that lets be crunch numbers and build.

What am I missing?
