Is Injustice (1) Ultimate edition for 19.99 a good deal ?

My kid wants Injustice 2 but it is 59.99 for the base game on PSN, Injustice 1 Ultimate Edition is 19.99..thinking we should just go with number 1 but he wants the new version (you know how kids are)
