Is the Vita still a viable remote play option?

Just got a ps4 pro last week, and since I have a lot of downtime at work during the day I was thinking about picking up a vita.

I just wanted to know how well it preformed and if it could effectively stream any game well.

Could I say, reliably stream ratchet and clank to the Vita?
