I've been using and buying things for these consoles since about 2003. I like the the thing that I put discs into and I like the games are made for that particular thing. I ignored the 3 separate times i've had to send your shit back to get "fixed" while I pay for shipping, only for it to come back more beat to hell and not working that it was previously earlier. I've dumped god knows how much money into games, peripherals, and PS+.
Why are you the only goddamn people that manage to lose all of my personal information twice? I've had my personal info leaked 3 times. Once was by the government, the other two times were from your company. You have managed TWICE to give all of my login and financial data away. Without once ever talking to me.
"Use two factor authentication" you say. Well, I managed to not receive your little warning. "But Kosif, you should have checked!". Fuck you. I'm dealing with fucking Verizon, Student loans, an internet bill, rent, a car payment, insurance, stupid fucking VA shit and medical bills. You're a fucking video game. You don't get to talk down to me because I'm not reading every Sony press release between now and 2003. I don't think it's a lot to ask that you fix your shit so random script kiddies aren't getting my goddamn financial information every 3-4 years.
On top of that, you're a multi-billion dollar company. You can't field a 24 hour support line? Go fuck yourselves. I tried tweeting the UK version of your gimped "support" and was told that they can't help me.
