My tv just broke and I need help setting up a remote play account

I can't set up an remote play account for my PS4 without the code and I can't read the code off my tv because it won't turn on.

I'm trying to connect my PS4 to my Xbox but every time I plug it into the hdmi in port nothing happens. It keeps on opening my tv tuner which I don't even have anymore.

Please please help me figure this out.
