[problem] loosing game update data every time I log back in.

Anyone else having the same issue where the game has to update itself again? Updated uncharted yesterday, logged on this morning to the game telling me to wait a hour and a half to continue the story mode. I have the Pro model too, if that matters. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
