ps4 controller getting "?" when trying to charge.. Any1 know how to fix?

i have 2 controllers and just bought horizon. my luck, both controllers go down the same day.....1 controller has the R2 not working. and my other one has this battery issue? can i combine parts to get 1 good 1? any 1 know what to do? any advice helps. thanks in advance!
