So, my PS4 controller will not sync with my brother's PS4 at all; it only flashes white, and does not respond at all with the console. It does however, get recognised and syncs no problem with MY PS4. I use a plug charger which has 4 USB ports, and as the device is charging, a blue light turns on the charger. The controller does not seem to be charging (I never see a yellow light from it), and this is true for cables I have verified as working with other ps4 controllers and other USB devices. So in short, this PS4 controller is in a perpetual state of "low battery"; and does not want to charge. It is out of warranty, and tbh; I cannot remember where it was bought anyway. As long as I keep it plugged in, I can use it.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on?
