PS4 Headset Question

I currently a Turtle Beach Recon 60P which comes in two parts. One part has the actual headset with a AUX male cord. The second part is a AUX female to USB male converter. Story short, I broke the USB part of the headset and now wondering if any AUX female to USB male converters will registered the headset on the PS4.
