Rise of the Tomb Raider or The Nathan Drake Collection?

Struggling to choose which one of these two games to get. I'm on a pretty tight budget so getting both isn't an option. Please could you suggest which one and why. Also please don't suggest any other alternatives because I only want one of these two games. Thank you.
