Trying to figure out the name of a game in development

I saw a video of this game and I can't remember where or when. It could have even been a PSVR title but I can't remember.

The gameplay was sort of a top down platformer where you solve different puzzles, like jumping up to reach a lever somewhere, in an area to get to the next. Basically it seemed like a floating island and when you unlock the next area, the platform for the next area rose up from below to add to the map.

I can't for the life of me remember what this game was called but it looked really interesting and I can't find it!
