When my son comes of age, which video game should I introduce him to first?

I have a 7 week old son so it will be a couple of years until I have to decide this, but I'm trying to think of what video game to introduce him to first. I know he may not like video games as much as his old man, but I want to share my love of them with him regardless. I'm thinking something accessible and cooperative like Overcooked.
