So this morning I got an email from PlayStation notifying me about a sign-in id change on my secondary account (US)that I use to purchase games and watch TV while I use my old account (UK) to play games on. I didn't do anything about it for an hour or two because I was moving but once I did, customer service reset my sign in id back to the original email and I made a new password. Maybe an hour after signing in again on my US account, the games on the UK account have a lock icon on them and it says I can only play on an account with a license. I've never had this issue before today and all of my game progress is on that account so I really don't want it to get lost! If anyone knows what is going on or if this is a common issue then please let me know, a google search came up dry..
