Any local coop game like RE6?

Hi! My girlfriend and I played a lot of resident evil 5, 6 and revelations 2. But now we can't find any game like that. We want a game that gives that "horror" feel (not like a horror game) of something appearing out of nowhere. Note: we already played Diablo3, how to survive, borderlands (boring), Battleborn and castle crashers.
