Best Bluetooth headset that also works with other systems?

I just recently bought a PS4 Pro which is pretty much my first deeper delve into the Playstation ecosystem. I'm now looking for a good Bluetooth headset that I can also use on any other system, such as Xbox, PC and smartphone. I'd really appreciate any recommendations as I currently don't know where to start.
