Broadcasting issues

Hey all,

When I go to broadcast gameplay , I check the option to include my Mic as well, also people in my party and in game sounds, however, when I go to review the footage, ( I play cod ), I only hear my voice and the in game sounds. I don't hear other users or people in the lobby talking ( it doesn't record ).. Why is that? Do I need to uncheck or check something else? How do I set it up to be able to record my Mic as well as other in game users ( people in the lobby ).
