Brought a DS4 Controller, It only charges if I put constant pressure on the Mini Usb.

I brought a DS4, However it only charges if I push down on the mini usb, Or put the controller upside down with the mini usb supporting it to keep it at the right angle. Its a brand new controller, is there any way to fix this so it stays connected when the controller is in a "neutral" position?
