Can the PS4 be hooked up to Wifi from a Macbook/Android phone that is connect to wifi?

Really weird situation but I am going to be deployed and I only can use 2 devices for Wifi. I'm connecting my Macbook and phone. Was wondering if my Macbook and/or Android phone can share that Wifi for the PS4?
