Can you get banned for Missed charges ?

So I was trying to to buy BF1 Premium Pass today trough the PS Store on the web. I got this message two times: ''Your purchase may not be complete. Check your transaction history in your account settings''. On my transaction history it said missed/missing charges. So my question is is this something I can banned by? Because I've had problems with my account before thanks
