Can't buy anything with my credit card; can't input CVV

So when I go to buy something from the PS Store, it asks me to verify my card with CVV. I put in the CVV and press continue and then the CVV is just cleared and the purchase won't continue. It doesn't tell me it's invalid or anything.

Anyone else have this problem and found a fix? I've tried a few different browsers and even mobile.
