Can't buy games from the ps store?

So the other day I buy battle feild 1 then pre-ordered a game called last day of June and they both purchase and go through, but later on in the day I tried buying 5 other games and they just wouldn't go through. It kept telling me to go to my settings and fix my card. Now it's not that I don't have the funds to purchase these games like you'd assume because I do it's just acting weird for no reason. But any suggestions would help thanks guys.
