Connect XLR Microphone to PS4 using Phantom Power Supply?

So, I have a Scarlet 2i2 interface for my AT4040 microphone. Just got a Pro, and unfortunately it won't recognize the microphone because there are no drivers, and since this is a console I can't install them.

So what I was thinking could work in theory is connecting the microphone to a phantom power supply (one of these )and then use an XLR to 3.5mm jack (one of these ) to connect to a USB audio adapter to use it.

I know this is a stretch, but has anyone done anything similar or have any input? I'd really like to get this working, and I know its wonky, but i'd like to give my old yeti to a friend so everyone can get an upgrade.
