DS4 controllers just unpaired and will now not join again at all

I was watching a video on YouTube and my controller disconnected and now just flashes when I try to reconnect, tried with my second and that doesnt work either, so I tried to pair through a USB cable but still no luck. Anyone experienced similar? Any suggestions?
