Has anyone noticed some games wont let your PS4 put itself in rest mode?

To be more specific, I'm talking about how your PS4 can put itself in rest mode after no controller input have been made for awhile. I have a habit of falling asleep with my PS4 on, so I've noticed that there are some games that wont let the PS4 do this for some reason. I can't remember all the ones I've found in the past, but the one I do remember is Destiny. Does anyone know what might be the reason to this?
