I can't play Tekken 7 online.

So I wen't to the store and bought a copy of tekken 7. I was really excited to play it. I downloaded and installed the update and waited for the game to install. I played a bit of practice mode, then I tried playing online. But every time I try to enter online mode an error message keeps on popping "a communication error occurred" over and over and over. Is there any fix for this? I really wanted to play online. I am using nat 2 wired connection
